Sites that get found.
Systems that answer.
Vrynn builds the website, the local search pages behind it, and the AI that picks up when someone finally calls. For service businesses in the United States — in English or Spanish.
Everything is written down before anything is built.
Scope, delivery date, what you provide, what happens if you want changes.
Entry price
USDEntry prices, not quotes. The figure that binds is the one in your written proposal, and it holds for 30 days.
The money leaks between the click and the conversation.
Someone fills out your form at 2pm. You call back at 5. By then they have spoken to two other companies. The website was never the problem — nobody was there when it worked.
You are invisible where people look
Your customers search "emergency plumber near me", not your company name. If you have no pages built for those searches and no Google Business Profile worth the name, you are not in the running.
Nobody answers in time
Your best closers are on calls. The new lead rings out. That lead cost you money to get and it goes to whoever picked up first.
The old leads just sit there
Hundreds of people said "not right now" and nobody ever went back to them. They are still in your CRM, doing nothing, costing you the acquisition you already paid for.

AI systems
We start with a paid diagnostic. Never the other way around.
AI systems fail when they are sold before anyone understands the business. The $400 diagnostic defines what gets automated, with what data, and how we will know it works. If you go ahead, the $400 comes off the setup fee, so the diagnostic ends up costing you nothing.
Then: an agent that answers calls and WhatsApp around the clock, qualifies against questions we agree on together, and books straight into your calendar.

Care plans
A site without maintenance breaks on its own.
Certificates expire, forms quietly stop sending, plugins go stale. A care plan covers hosting, backups, uptime monitoring and security updates, and gives you hours of work each month without quoting every small change.
Charged on the 1st. Unused hours do not roll over. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and you leave with your files, your access, and a migration guide.
- Basic — keep it running$60/mo
- Growth — site alive, SEO moving$120/mo
- Advanced — site + CRM + campaigns$250/mo
- Included hours1 / 3 / 6 per month
- Response time48h / 24h / 24h
- Extra hours$35/hr, approved first

How the work actually goes
The same sequence every time. The steps that protect both sides are the ones nobody skips.
A 30-minute call
You describe the situation in your own words. I tell you which line of work fits, roughly what it costs, and — if nothing fits — I say so.
A written proposal, same day
Scope, price, delivery date, what you provide and by when. It quotes your situation back to you so we both know we are talking about the same thing. Valid 30 days.
Agreement, then 50%
Nothing moves until the agreement is signed. The deposit is what starts development, and it is non-refundable because it covers time already worked.
Build, then two review rounds
You get a preview link. Send all your changes as one list — that is round one. I apply them and show you again. Round two works the same way.
For AI: the test battery
Before development we agree in writing on 25–30 real questions or situations and the correct answer for each. The system is delivered when it passes them. You know exactly what you bought; I know exactly when I am done.
Final payment, then launch
The site publishes on your domain when the final payment clears. Design, code and copy become yours with no restrictions.
What we can prove
Real clients, real projects — but no measured performance numbers yet. So the proof here is the method and the terms, which are checkable, and the one panel that stays unlit is the one we have never measured. Two finished builds are on the work page.
The terms, on the page
50 / 50
50% on signing, which starts development. The rest before the site goes live. The deposit is non-refundable.
Two rounds, then $35/hr
Both rounds included. After that, hourly with a written quote and your approval first. A change of direction is a new project, not a round.
Five days
Logo, texts, photos, service list, and access to domain, hosting and social. The timeline counts from when I have all of it.
14 days pauses it
Fourteen days without a reply pauses the project and I move to other work. Restarting after 30 days carries a $100 fee.
At cost, with receipts
Domain, hosting, Go High Level, Twilio, AI APIs. Never marked up. I charge for my work, not your infrastructure.
Yours on final payment
Design, code and copy transfer with no restrictions. AI channel accounts are in your name from the start.
Common questions
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $600 for Presence, $850 for Visibility and $1,000 for Conversion. What moves the number is how many search-targeted pages you need and whether the site has to take bookings or payments. You get the exact figure in a written proposal after a 30-minute call, and it holds for 30 days.
How long does it take?
Two weeks to the first review for Presence, three for Visibility, three to four for Conversion. The clock starts when the deposit clears and your materials are in — logo, texts, photos, service list, and access to domain and hosting. If something is missing, the date moves by the same number of days.
What happens if I want changes?
Two rounds are included. Send all your changes as one list, I apply them, you look again. After the second round changes are billed at $35 an hour, always quoted and approved in writing first. You will never get an invoice for hours you did not approve.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Calls, proposals, and support in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer. Contracts are in English because the entity is a Wyoming LLC. If you want the site itself in two languages, that is quoted separately by page count.
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. On final payment the design, the code, and the texts transfer to you with no restrictions. The domain is bought in your name from the start, and for AI systems the WhatsApp, telephony, and CRM accounts are opened in your name too. If we stop working together, none of it leaves with me.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
Half at signing, which is what starts development, and half before the site goes live. The deposit is non-refundable because it covers time already worked. The site publishes on your domain when the final payment clears, not before.
Tell me what is broken.
Thirty minutes, no commitment. You describe the situation, I tell you what I would build and what it costs — or that you do not need me.
