Care plans
A site without maintenance breaks on its own. Certificates expire, forms quietly stop sending, software goes stale. A plan covers that and gives you hours each month without quoting every small change.
What is a website care plan?
A website care plan is a monthly service covering the things that break without anyone touching the site: hosting, SSL certificates that expire, backups, uptime monitoring and security updates. Plans also include a set number of hours each month for small changes, so routine edits need no separate quote.
The three plans
All three cover the things that break on their own. What changes is how many hours you get and whether anyone is actively improving the site.

Plan conditions
Automatic on the 1st
Charged automatically each month. No manual transfers. If a charge fails you have five days to fix it before service is suspended.
Do not roll over
Unused hours reset each month. Extra hours are $35, the same rate, always flagged before I start working.
30 days' notice
Cancel whenever you want with 30 days' notice. I hand over files, access and a migration guide.
Projects are quoted
New pages, redesigns, new integrations and feature development are projects, not plan hours.
Questions about care plans
What counts as a "minor change"?
Text edits, swapping a photo, updating hours or prices, adding a team member, fixing a broken link. Anything that fits inside the plan's hours. New pages, redesigns, new integrations and new features are projects and get quoted separately.
Do unused hours carry over?
No. Hours reset on the 1st. It keeps the plan simple and the price low — you are paying for availability and upkeep, not buying a block of hours.
What if I need more hours in a month?
Extra hours are $35, the same rate as everything else, and I tell you before I start working rather than after. You will never see an invoice for hours you did not approve.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with 30 days' notice. When you cancel I hand over your files, your access, and a guide for migrating the site. Nothing is held hostage.
What happens if the payment fails?
Plans charge automatically on the 1st. If a charge fails you have five days to sort it out before the service is suspended. Nothing is deleted in that window.
Which plan makes sense?
If your site is quiet and finished, Basic is enough. If you want it to keep improving, it is Growth. I will tell you which on the call.
