Local search
Your customers do not search your company name. They search the problem and the town. Local SEO is the work of having a page that matches what they typed and a profile Google trusts enough to show.
What is local SEO?
Local SEO is the work of making a business appear when someone nearby searches for what it does. In practice that means pages built for the exact phrases buyers type, structured data stating the business facts, a complete Google Business Profile, and consistent name, address and phone everywhere online.
What the build includes
Included in the Visibility level and everything above it. From $850 as part of the site.
Keyword research for your zone and service. Not a generic list — the actual phrases people in your area type, with an honest read on which ones you can realistically win.
Up to six search-targeted pages. One page per real search — "ceramic coating San Diego", not a generic Services page — each with its own title, meta description, headings and copy. Generic service pages do not rank; specific ones do.
LocalBusiness structured data. Machine-readable facts about your business — name, address, hours, services, area served — so search engines and AI assistants can quote you correctly.
Sitemap, robots.txt and indexing. Submitted to Google Search Console, verified, and checked that the pages actually got indexed rather than assumed.
Google Business Profile optimization. Categories, services, hours, description, photos, and the fields most profiles leave empty. This is what feeds the map pack.
A baseline ranking report. Where you sit today, so that in three months there is something to compare against instead of a feeling.

SEO is not a one-time purchase. The build puts the structure in place; the Growth plan keeps it moving with rank tracking, on-page adjustments and a monthly report.
AI search counts now too
People increasingly get answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI overviews instead of clicking through a list of links. The same work that makes you legible to a search crawler makes you quotable by an assistant.
Facts a machine can lift
Structured data, clear headings, and plain answers to plain questions. An assistant cites the page that states the fact cleanly, not the one with the best adjectives.
Consistent business details
Name, address and phone identical across the site, the Google profile and every directory. Inconsistency is what makes an assistant hedge or pick a competitor.
Crawlable, not just pretty
Content in the HTML, not locked behind scripts. Fast pages, real internal links, and a sitemap that tells crawlers what exists.
Questions about SEO
How long before I rank?
Local search results move over months, not weeks. The build is done in three weeks; the ranking movement that follows depends on how competitive your area is and how much existing authority your domain has. I give you a baseline report at launch so you can see what changed rather than guess.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's ranking. What I can guarantee is the work: the pages exist, they target real searches, the structured data validates, the sitemap is submitted, and the Google Business Profile is complete. Those are checkable on delivery.
What is a search-targeted page?
A page built for one thing people actually type — "car detailing in Chula Vista" rather than a generic Services page. It has its own title, its own meta description, its own headings and its own copy. Six of them cover most local service businesses.
Is Google Business Profile really that important?
For a local service business it is often the single highest-return thing on the list. It is what feeds the map pack, and most profiles are half-finished — wrong hours, no services listed, no photos, no categories. Cleaning it up is included in Visibility.
What happens after the build?
SEO decays if nobody touches it. The Growth care plan at $120/mo covers rank and traffic tracking, on-page adjustments, and a one-page monthly report. Without it the pages still work, they just stop improving.
