Work

Two live sites, both mobile auto detailing in San Diego. What follows is what was built and how — not what it produced.

There are no traffic figures, no lead counts and no percentages on this page, because those were never instrumented. Every claim below is something you can verify by opening the site.

Carlo's Premium Detail

Mobile detailing and ceramic coating across San Diego County. Built at the Conversion level, in two languages.

A service-area business with no shop, so the geography lives in the pages rather than in an address: a service-areas hub with a page per city, and a geo circle in the structured data instead of a street address it does not have.

Bookings run through Square, with click-to-call and WhatsApp alongside it. Prices are published rather than hidden behind a quote form. The site carries gallery, reviews, pricing, FAQ and about pages, and a full Spanish version at /es/.

Structured data: LocalBusiness with a geo circle, OfferCatalog, AggregateOffer and FAQPage.

Carbix Auto Detailing

Mobile detailing in San Diego and Chula Vista. The larger of the two builds, at 83 indexed URLs.

Where Carlo's is a focused service-area site, this one goes wide on search: a page per detailing package, a page per city served, and service-by-city combinations for the highest-intent queries — ceramic coating in San Diego and in Chula Vista as separate pages, because they are separate searches.

Ceramic coating is split into tiers with their own pages, and there is a separate motorcycle detailing line. Bookings run through Square; GA4 is installed and reporting.

Structured data: LocalBusiness, OfferCatalog, FAQPage, OpeningHoursSpecification, and AggregateRating fed by real customer reviews.

What is missing from this page, and why

The obvious question about a portfolio with no numbers on it.

Neither of these projects was instrumented for outcome measurement from the start. There is no baseline of what the businesses were getting before, so any figure published now would be a number without a comparison — which is the kind of claim this whole site exists to avoid making.

That is a mistake I am not repeating. The next build is instrumented on day one: source of every enquiry, time to first response, and bookings attributed to the site. When that produces six months of real data, this page gets a case study with numbers in it, and they will be numbers somebody could audit.

Until then: open both sites. The service-area pages, the published prices, the booking flow, the structured data and the Spanish version are all things you can check in about five minutes.
