1. Acceptance of terms

By using services provided by Vrynn LLC, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Vrynn LLC provides website design and development, search optimization, and AI-powered automation services, including automated SMS and voice communications on behalf of its clients. Services are provided to businesses who engage Vrynn to communicate with their end users.

3. Messaging terms

Automated messages are sent only to users who have opted in via a web form or intake process. Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • STOP — Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • HELP — Users may request support by replying HELP or contacting [email protected].

4. Project terms

Project work is invoiced 50% on signing and 50% before publication. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers time already worked. Two rounds of changes are included; subsequent changes are billed at $35 per hour with a written quote and prior written approval. Delivery timelines begin when the deposit has cleared and all client materials have been received. Fourteen consecutive days without client response pauses the project; restarting after 30 days of pause carries a $100 restart fee. Sites publish on the client's domain once final payment clears. On final payment, design, code and copy transfer to the client without restriction.

5. Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, third-party subscriptions, telephony, messaging and AI model usage are paid directly by the client or re-invoiced at cost with receipts. They are never marked up.

6. Limitation of liability

Vrynn LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Vrynn LLC is not responsible for the content or actions of its clients.

7. Changes to terms

Vrynn reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Venue is Sheridan County, Wyoming.
