AI systems

An agent that answers calls and WhatsApp around the clock, asks the questions you would ask, and books the appointment into your calendar. Delivered when it passes a test battery we wrote together — not when I say it is ready.

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI receptionist is software that answers your business phone and messages around the clock, asks the qualifying questions a human receptionist would ask, and books the appointment directly into your calendar. It does not close sales. It qualifies, informs, books, and always tells the caller it is automated.

We start with a paid diagnostic. Never the other way around.

AI systems fail when they are sold before anyone understands the business. The diagnostic defines what gets automated, with what data, and how we will know it works. Go ahead with the build and the $400 comes off the setup fee.

  • AI Diagnostic · 1 week
Full workflow review. A report on what to automate, in what order, with what tool, and what saving to expect. Includes documentation so your team uses the AI tools they already have properly.
    $400
  • AI Receptionist · 3 weeks
Answers calls and WhatsApp 24/7, qualifies with the questions we define together, books straight into your calendar. Connects to your CRM so everything is logged. Includes a metrics dashboard.
    from $1,000 + $400/mo
  • Full Communications · 5–7 weeks
The receptionist plus agents answering on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and SMS with one consistent policy. Optional: an agent that reviews your inbox, summarizes it and drafts replies — it never sends on its own.
    from $2,500 + $800/mo
  • Quoting system
For businesses where putting together a quote takes hours. You describe the job in a chat and the system produces the quote using your prices and your rules. Quoted after the diagnostic, because it depends on how many variables your price list has.
    quoted
  • Custom system
Any automated system, with AI or learning models, for a specific process in your company.
    quoted

Acceptance by test battery

This is the most valuable clause in the agreement, and it is the reason this works.

Before development starts we agree in writing on between 25 and 30 real questions or situations your business actually gets, each with the correct expected response. That document is the definition of "done".

The system is delivered when it passes the battery. Not when it demos well. Not when I feel good about it.

It protects both sides. You know exactly what you bought, and can check it yourself. I know exactly when the work is finished, which is why the timeline is three weeks instead of an open-ended rebuild.

Then 30 days of stabilization. Any drift from the agreed battery is corrected at no cost. Behavior that is new or different from what we agreed is quoted separately — otherwise "it failed a simple question" becomes unlimited free work.

The honest parts

The things that cost people money when nobody says them out loud.

Usage costs

Not in the retainer

The monthly fee covers my work. Model APIs, telephony minutes, WhatsApp and SMS messages and Go High Level are paid by you or re-invoiced at cost. A busy agent can burn $200/mo in usage; charging you $400 against that would be a losing business for me and a surprise for you.

Volume

Set in the proposal

Each plan includes an estimated monthly volume. If you consistently exceed it we revise the plan before it shows up as a shock on an invoice.

Accounts

In your name

WhatsApp Business API, telephony and CRM are opened in your name. I work with delegated access. Stop working with me and the channels stay yours.

Limits

It qualifies, it does not close

No medical, legal or financial advice. It does not close sales on its own. Every conversation discloses that the person is talking to an automated assistant.

Questions about AI systems

What exactly is the test battery?

Before any development, we write down 25 to 30 real questions or situations your business gets, and the correct response for each one. That document is the acceptance criteria. The system is delivered when it passes them. It protects both sides: you know exactly what you bought, and I know exactly when I am finished.

Why do I have to pay for a diagnostic first?

Because AI systems fail when they are sold before anyone understands the business. The $400 diagnostic reviews your workflows and produces a report on what to automate, in what order, with what tool, and what saving to expect. If you go ahead, the $400 comes off the setup fee — a $1,000 receptionist setup becomes $600 — so the diagnostic costs you nothing. It just stops us from building the wrong thing.

What are the monthly costs actually paying for?

My work: supervision, adjusting instructions, corrections, and reports. It does not cover consumption. AI model APIs, telephony minutes, WhatsApp and SMS messages, and subscriptions like Go High Level are paid by you directly or re-invoiced at cost. Each plan includes an estimated monthly volume set in the proposal, and if you consistently exceed it we revise the plan before a surprise shows up on a bill.

Whose accounts are these?

Yours. The WhatsApp Business API, the telephony account and the CRM are opened in your name and I work with delegated access. If we stop working together tomorrow, the channels stay yours.

What will the AI not do?

It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not close sales on its own. It qualifies, informs and books. Every conversation makes clear to the person that they are talking to an automated assistant.

What if it says something wrong after launch?

For 30 days after launch I fix any drift from the agreed battery at no cost. Behavior that is new or different from what we agreed is quoted separately — otherwise "it failed a simple question" becomes unlimited free work, and that is not a business either of us wants.

Start with the diagnostic.

Four hundred dollars, one week, and a written report on what is worth automating. Go ahead with the build and the $400 comes off the setup fee.
