Websites
Three levels. You choose based on what you need the site to do — look credible, get found, or book the job on its own. Everything is designed and built for you; nothing is a rented template.
The three levels
Each one contains everything in the level below it. The price moves with what the site has to do, not with how many pages it has.
Presence
- Up to 5 sections or pages
- Custom design, not a template
- Responsive on phone, tablet and desktop
- Contact form to your email or phone
- Click-to-text and click-to-call buttons
- Google Analytics + Search Console
- Speed optimization, 90+ mobile target
- Privacy and terms pages
- Domain and SSL configuration
- 3 months of hosting included
Visibility
- Everything in Presence
- Keyword research for your area and service
- Up to 6 search-targeted pages
- Titles, meta descriptions and headings per page
- LocalBusiness structured data
- Sitemap, robots.txt and Google indexing
- Google Business Profile optimization

Conversion

- One booking or payment integration
- Square, Stripe, Calendly or your CRM
- Appointments land in your calendar
- Automated confirmation email
- Conversion tracking configured
- Contacts go to your CRM, not a loose inbox
Each level includes one external integration. Additional integrations — a second payment gateway, another CRM, invoicing, inventory — are quoted separately.
What is not included
This is not fine print. It is here so nobody discovers a cost halfway through the project.
Third-party costs are never marked up. You pay them directly, or I re-invoice them at cost with the receipt attached. I charge for my work, not for your infrastructure.
- Logo and brand identityquoted
- Copy written from scratch1 version included
- Original photography and videonot included
- Domain~$15/yr, yours
- Hosting after month 3from $60/mo
- Translation to another languagequoted

What I need from you
To hit the delivery date I need these within the first five days. The clock starts when I have all of it, not when the deposit clears.
- Your logo in good quality
- Texts, or the information to write them from
- Photos, if you want to use your own
- A list of your services and prices
- Access to domain and hosting
- Access to your social accounts
If something is missing or an approval is late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days. Fourteen days without a reply pauses the project; restarting after thirty carries a $100 fee, because it means rescheduling and picking the context back up.
Questions about the build
What is the difference between the three levels?
Presence gives you a credible site. Visibility adds the pages and structured data that let Google put you in front of people searching for your service in your area. Conversion adds a booking or payment integration so the appointment lands in your calendar without you touching it. Each level contains everything in the one below it.
Can I start at Presence and upgrade later?
Yes, and it is a common path. The difference in price is quoted as a project when you are ready. Nothing gets thrown away — the search pages and the booking integration are added to the site you already have.
Do you write the copy?
I write a first version from the information you give me, with AI assistance, and you approve the final text. Technical or legal copy has to come from you. One version is included; a full rewrite from scratch is a separate service.
What about photos and a logo?
Not included at any level. I use stock or generated imagery unless you supply real photos, which always look better. Logo and brand identity are a separate service or you bring your own.
Who buys the domain?
You do, in your name — about $15 a year. I configure it. Hosting is included for three months, after which you either move to a care plan or take the site to your own hosting, and I hand over everything you need to do that.
Which level fits?
Tell me what the site has to do and I will tell you which one you need — including when the cheapest one is enough.
